Why wouldn't I just hire someone?
Good question! For starters, hiring full-time is a hassle with compensation starting at $40,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding someone who is reliable). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?
Once subscribed to the Custom Intelligence plan, you're able to add as many project requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my completed project?
On average, most requests are completed within a week. However, more complex requests can take longer.
What software is used for the AI & automation development?
You might be surprised to hear this, but we utilize all low-code or no-code solutions. This allows us to implement quickly, maintain and update on the fly, and easily integrate with systems you're currently using.
If there's an extra ingredient that needs to be added, we make suggestions for the build out, and you'll make the final confirmation.
How do I make project requests?
MilesWell offers a ton of flexibility in how you request projects using Notion. Some common ways clients request projects is directly via Notion, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to, or shared in Notion, it's fair game.
What if it doesn't work well?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the project until you're 100% satisfied.
Take note: with swift technological advancements things will always need to be maintained, and will also need updates for continuous improvement. As mentioned, with both of our plans, we provide maintenance reviews to ensure your kept up with the latest and greatest!
Are there any projects you don't cover?
Absolutely. MilesWell does not cover front end or back end development. We utilize low or no-code solutions for efficiency, convenience, and reliability.
We can make most things happen that have open access for integrations, and depending on the complexity of the project, research may need to be done. We then receive confirmation from you on project details.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
